General Comments
Due to facility not having hot water, facility voluntarily closed until hot water can be restored. Prior to reopening, hot water must be verified by a member of the health department environmental division.

Haccp: discussed the importance of having hot water to wash hands before handling food, using the restroom and washing dishware.

Due to failing score, a re-inspection will be conducted on Monday, August 15th. If facility fails this inspection, their 2010 Food License will be suspended until a passing score is obtained.

*12  Observed the following improper hygienic practices: 1. not washing hands with hot water, 2. open employee beverage on top of clean glassware, 3. Cd''s and case store next to clean plates, 4. employee drinking a cup of coffee in cook''s area and dish washing area. Please wash hands with hot water, no eating or drinking in food service areas including dish washing areas, and store all personal belongings completely separate from business items.
